Which of these 194 flank LEDs will be brighter/better and will either one fit for license plate lights?

looks like both will fit but if i had to choose- I'll go with #1... it also looks like its a lil bit brighter.

more led's doesn't necessarily mean more brightness...

If I remember correct, the orientation of the 194 socket will result in the flank LED facing sideways. I used the 5LED 194.
*edit* took a look and they face down, will give them an order

I ordered the single LED one from V-leds and they arrived and they are 2 different colors. I have tried to contact V-LEDs to try to correct the error, yet they have not returned my attempts to contact them. They aren't very good on the customer satisfaction. I suppose autolumination will get my sole buisness from now on.

Are they super bright though... or is it just a hype?

One of them is very bright, but the other is moe of an off-white color and doesn't even come close to matching. I will get some pics up. Posting via iPod atm.

Try sending them a message on eBay. I got quick responses from them on eBay.

Well they finally answered today. Said that if I send the pair back they will color/brightness match the pair and return them to me. I hope this works out ok because the one that I did get in the right color looks great.

I bought the single flank LED ones from another member on here and YUP they are freaking bright! I didn't realize until now how dim the stock lights are.

Cost me another $5 just to ship the pair I got back. BS because the pair was only $10 + shipping in the first place. If they ship me a matched pair, I think it will be the last time I deal with that company. I haven't had any issues from autolumination.

Well here it is 11 days after I sent them back to V-LEDs for them to color match and send them back to me. I have not received them back, needless to say I will never do buisness with this company again.
