Default To those with a VIS cf hood

I just purchased a vis cf hood. I have owned vis hoods before on previous vehicles but I seem to be having problems with this particular one. Which bolts did you guys use? The ones it came with on the wood or the stock ones? On my previous cars I would end up using the stock ones. I attempted to use the ones it came with because the stock ones seemed too big for the hood, but the problem was the head of the bolt was too small. So i added a washer, but the washer lifted the hood and it didnt sit near flush with the car. Anyone have any recommendations?

i believe mines is with stock bolts but i can be wrong. If u need new bolts just take one of the bolts into HOME DEPOT and they can get u the same bolt with the same thread pattern but shorter in length.

Well a shorter length isnt what I need, the reason for me using the washer was because the actual head of the bolt was too small and it would slip right through the stock hood hinge holes.
