Default Tint the mirrors outside the car?

I was thinking of tinting the mirrors on the doors outside with a LIGHT blue tint...i dont know if it would give the effect of less glare and a cool look. Like VW's have, what u think?

As the late Johnny Cochran would say...

"Chewbacca is a wookie from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now think about that; that does not make sense. Why would a wookie, an 8 foot tall wookie, want to live on Endor with a bunch of two foot tall ewoks? That does not make sense!"

Maybe he meant that tinting the blue tint on the mirrors is pointless? WHO KNOWS! but i know the look you are going for. It's on the Mercedes and i think beamers.

You can get those for the xB (from My Auto Fashion.com) and the bB. It is made to have the mirrors rain resistant. But I think it looks cool no matter what it does. It is for the xA & da ist too.

i understood every word Draven said my favorite episode of SP.

i understand the look you are going for. i had a 95 GTI VR6 and my side mirrors had that tint to them. if you go too blue...RICE is the word...if you go too light blue...it looks (for lack of better word) ___gy. you have to get the right mix and make it look NICE.

Back to the topic at hand; I've wanted my mirrors tinted for a while. Not because it would look cool, but because of all the raised-up trucks and old folks with their highbeams on.

Folks, I had to delete a few posts here because they were offensive. If you can't figure out how to descibe something in terms that aren't offensive, don't post.

Also, If someone makes an offensive post, don't quote it in your own post!

What about tinting them black, like 50% percent. Wondering if its anti rain and snow adn stuff. Or will it peel and look nasty after a while?
