Where can i find a TRD of VVTi emblem for my grill. I dont want a 3m stick on badge I want a emblem that has screws on the back so that I can put it on my mesh grill.

 

you could just get the cheap stick on one and run clear fishing line thru the emblem to hold it on so no jackass prys it off. you really won't see the fishing line. That's what I did with my TRD badge on my mesh grill anyways...

 

what car(s) in japan (or anywhere) come with a VVTI badge from the factory?

 

as far as the badges, you can find them on ebay. just search vvti.

and i know what you're saying. i wanted one i could screw into my grille too, but wasn't able to find one. i imagine you could buy the vvti with the 3m stick but make something to where you could screw it in behind the grille. like me and most people i've seen, just stick it straight to the grille. it has worked fine for me since i got my car last june:

 

I have seen one on the celica post pages on a group buy, but I cant find one to just buy. I might just have to go with the stick on.

they have em on ebay for madd cheap but theyre obviously knock offs. Some say theyre the real thing but i dont wanna buy the "real thing" and it still be a knockoff but i also dont wanna pay mad money thinkin its a real one and it isnt. nahmean

 

Screw ins?? Umm....I got the real thing off of ebay from aphase-auto for $20 shipped but they are all adhesive backing.

i bought a trd emblem from ebay and just got it in today. it wasnt what i was looking forward to. i imagined it be like the TC emblem (metallic) but it was thin and plastic. I dont know if all Trd emblems look like this or if theres one i can buy that similar to the TC one?

Check out my profile pic to see my trd badge and i know most people use double sided 3m tape on it but i just didn't trust that so if you look closely you can see there is two 1 foot pieces of solder holding it on

Mines was stolen at Scion Night 2 on Six Flag, NorCal. I hope that person lives a horrible, horrible life.
