Default troubleshooting instability...HELP!

I have an '06 tc, got it brand new and treat it like it's my child. I got 4 new tires (yokos) put on about 3 weeks ago, balanced, alignment done, blah blah. blah.

I just started to notice when I'm on the freeway and take curves to the right it starts to feel like I am going to lose control, and the steering starts to get extremely twitchy after the wheels tilted around 15*(approx.) and between 55-80mph. It does NOT do this when the curves go to the left. I do not have a spoiler.

When I'm driving straight, freeway or on side roads, I can take both hands on the wheel and it seems to be perfectly aligned. However, in 2007 I did have to replace my tire rods after hitting a curb. Since fixing that and realigning it. I have had no problems with the steering until now. And that is the only damage this car has seen.

I've checked the air pressure, looked for bubbles in the tread.... can anyone help me trouble shoot what could possibly be causing this? Your help or insight are appreciated!
