There's a few different dims that could be important because of the draft angle. I don't have good callipers or a depth gauge so these are approximate and the best I could tell with that badge in the way. If you're making a fillplate, don't trust my numbers! Measure again! Heck, just replace the whole panel! ha!
If someone has better numbers, please correct me! These should be OK within 10 thousandths.
Ellipse degree is somewhere between 40 and 45 degrees. It appears to be a standard ellipse so you can just use the dims below and any program's ellipse tool to get the right shape.
HOLE:
METRIC
Depth: about 3.25mm (can't tell exactly with the badge in the way!)
Recessed: 90.6mm x 61.8mm
Flush: 95.7mm x 64.9mm
ENGLISH
Depth: about .129" (can't tell exactly with the badge in the way!)
Recessed: 3.569" x 2.435"
Flush: 3.769" x 2.558"
BADGE:
METRIC: 90mm x 61mm
ENGLISH: 3.544" x 2.403"
yeah debadging it is out of the question becaue of the indent and the two small holes used to line up the eblem when you put it on.
The best thing to do would be to take off the whole handle and have a bodyshop fill it...kind of like whwat i did with mine...

i did a "ghost" emblem beacuse my dad wanted to try it, it looks pretty cool in person but i think im going to redo it in red pearl
