Default Vertical Doors Companies to purchase from?

I see a lot of people with the vertical doors but there are no recommended companies or websites under the parts on our site. Does anyone have the doors installed and have a recommendation. I also wanted to know about a kit that's out that allows you to open your doors either way.

i have the jtautostyle kit and have compared the VDI to the jtautostyle and noticed that the jt kit has a thicker hinge and opens and functions exactly the same as the VDI kit

WeDriveScions Gives JTautostyle.com kits the mutant three thumbs up!

I've played with them, VDI's, and and EBAY knockoff and have to say, making the call for the JTautostyle doors was an easy one.

The Ebay knockoffs are just scary weak in comparison, the VDI feel essentially the same, but are 400-600 dollars more to buy, and these hinges are just plain rugged....

well the jtautostyle kit opens halfway allowing you to enter in and out without pulling up the doors.

I mean you can open the doors horizontal or vertical. I was told they have the kit out that opens both ways. Shaq has some on a car but I don't know if the price is too crazy or if noone really knows about this company. I have my mom in the car and sister so sometimes I don't want to have my doors vertical when I do decide to purchase a kit.

I'd like to get vertical doors installed once i get my tC. Hopefully I can afford it. I don't know much about where to buy, but I'll listen to what most members say here.

Realistically, they don't open too much horizontally to allow larger indiviuduals in... I'm tall and skinny, so I have no problem.... but others may... I don't know of any vertical door on the market that allows full horizontal and vertical movement as well....

i'm going to look for one link I found awhile ago that offered a kit that opened both ways but I have to find it. Also, thanks for the information because if I do get the doors I don't want to have to worry about the doors falling down to weak design.

I have seen them on MTV's Pimp my Ride... It was a side note to a show, but i have seen vertical doors that open both horizontal, and vertical.. they are exspensive like 1500-2500 for them.... I know for a fact i saw them, but cannot remember what company makes them.. crap just give them a call.....

I haven't seen any like that on a xB or tC for sure... and I've seen a bunch... If you find them, I'd love to see how they're designed.

Does anyone know how much jtautostyle charges for installation on a tc? I just saw the site and the lambo doors are on sale for 699.99. Rosemead is about 30 mins from my house and now im really debating if i should get these now b4 the price goes up again. Im guessing its a whole day project for them to install correct? Also, for those that have the kit installed, when the doors are closed do they line up flush with the fender?

Thanks.
