Default VRD fog problem

hey guys i have the VRD fog lights and recently my driver side fog decides some days it wants to work and others it doesn't. when it goes out it just all of a sudden dims out but if i knock on it it comes back on most of the time. anybody know what the problem could be?

I would check the connect and the bulb itself.

got under the car found out that when i move the black and white wires where it meets the bulb the light goes on and off. so i made sure the screw under the rubber(in green circle) holding the bulb is tight. then i used a tie strap to hold the wires still(red circle). i drove around my block a few times. so far so good! i will give an update later on to see if it holds.

note-i tied the wires close to the connections so if i hit a bump i wont have the weight of the connections pulling the wires down.

update on my fogs. the passenger side started going out again.
i took it apart and found that the negative wire(black wire) was not making good contact where it is screwed to the back of the light. also there was a little rust. so i cleaned the screw and the wire and made sure i screwed it in tight and that it was making good contact.

i will be driving around and checking it. ill post up what happens tonight.
