anyone know the difference between these two auctions? only thing i can find is artic white vs. super white H3 bulbs, whatever that means. one set is $25 cheaper than the other.

Other than they're from different sellers? And they don't really specify exactly what kind of bulbs other than the type?

 

first glance shows its 2 different sellers.... other than that they look the same to me

They are the same VRD foglights, just sold be different companies. One seems to be including the bulbs that come with the from VRD (Super White) the other is either using a different name for the VRD bulb or it is using a different companies bulb thats called Artic White.
