Weather Stripping Issue???
I have had issues with both sides and was curious if this is a common problem for anyone else?
I am talking about the black peice on the outside of the car that runs under the window. They made me pay 25 for the driver side and installed it for free due to my "tint job" but my passenger side is doing the same thing not as bad, but warranty is covering it through another dealership.
I never had this issue with either side on my past cars. Anyone else?

i remember a thread from last summer that talked about the rubber strip inside the door getting bent down during the tint application and causing scratches on the tint when the window was raised and lowered. there was a "how to fix this problem" thread, but i've not heard of any exterior weatherstipping issues.

Mines doing that and I dont have tint. I had mine redone under warrenty. However a week after a new one was 'installed' it was coming out again. My stripping is being pushed up and out when the window comes up and then moves out at the end of cycle.
