Default What bulbs would be safe on Anzos?

I have some headlights "Eagle Eyes" CCFL Halo Projectors. And I am not satisfied with the luminius of the bulbs. Has anyone stwiched the stock ones with anything else? HIDs or higher end bulbs?

Problems? idk I just want some safe options.

Thanks all.

I read somewhere that H1/H7 HIDs were possible.

I heard that the HID's are too hot and that it may damage the projector lens. I was going to buy the Anzo projectors off of the sponsored sales but I want the HID upgrade for them and I dont know if I can. Also, I think the LED's burn out on the Anzo projectors right?

Yeah, on both the anzo and eagle eyes, the leds burn out. Its covered with eyelids, but i think it makes the headlight look too small like a civic. lol

I wouldn't go with HID. The projectors were build for halogen, so HID will emit light pattern that may be hazzard to other drivers. Use silver star or something. I heard that those are much brighter than the stock ones. Becareful with the wattage though, make sure the bulbs are 55W. If higher than 55W, use harnesses.

But would a higher wattage one be safe for the projector lense? I mean I woundnt want to melt them or anything. I want more light and whiter light. Ive been looking for silverstar ultras, but guess they dont make them for H7s.

Don't know. I heard of it happening, but not sure if the projectors can actually melt, Are these projectors plastic or glass. If they are plastic, it is possible. I think silver stars are 55W. Check their website.
