hey, i see alot of cars with this sticker and i want one... two questions, where can i get one, and what does it mean:

 

Why would you want something when you dont know what it means?
Anyways its the "shocker". It a sexual hand gesture meaning two in the pink, one in the stink. You can find them on EBAY by typing in "shocker sticker".
