I see Ebay listings from different sellers saying they are VRD but does anyone know if you can get authentic VRD grills from anywhere other than the Vertex Racing website?

I bought mine from the last link. Most of these grilles are probably coming from the same warehouse and being sold on Ebay under different names.

 

How did you determine that these particular auctions are probably VRD grills?
Simply by the pictures or ???

 

Forgot to ask. How was the fitment on the top grill? Any issues and I assume you did not do drill or use zip ties.

 

I took a chance and ordered a set. And it's the same one VRD was selling. I'm guessing they never manufactured them, similar to the fog lights now being sold by APT (the actual manufacturer).

The top grille fits perfect. Bottom grille pops out from the top tabs every now and then. I was told some clear silicone would fix that problem.
