Where is the TOW HOOK in the Spare

i looked for the Tow hook under the spare but i cannot find it

i have a 2008 Scion Tc

can somebody help me outtt

You should have a styrofoam block with cutouts for various spare pieces. The towhook has a spot in this styrofoam cube. The cube sits on top of the spare just beneath the carpet.

i just checked
and i see a cut out for something in the middle

but it is not thereee

does it matter wat kind of base it is
becuz ours is the basic

Just curious what you need the tow hook for? Are you being towed somewhere?
