Its christmas time and im looking to get either a OEM CF or painted lip kit or a CF or painted RS1 lip kit. Cheapest on would be nice.

I've looked at the following places www.racingsolution.com & www.bbist.com www.trdsparks.com www.mcgeorgeparts.com are there any other sites that offer OEM or RS1 kits.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with these retailers. I sent a couple e-mails to bbist but they never reply to them.

Can anyone help me decide. Post pics. Thanks

 

RacingSolutions is the best place for the RS1 kit (btw the RS1 stands for Racing Solutions kit 1, not RS1 tC)

bBIst is the best place for CF parts like the CF OEM lip kit, hood, trunk.

McGeorge and TRDSparks are the best places to get authentic OEM factory parts. Those are the parts divisions of McGeorge Toyota/Scion and Sparks Toyota/Scion so those are sites from actual dealers. If you want to get any of the factory options, get them from one of these 2.

Basically depending on what you want, all of those sites are good.

 

i e-mailed bBist and asked them the price for shipping for their OEM cf lip kit and they said it was 230 i was like wtf??
i really liked the price of the kit 775 but with shipping it would be like a grand so now way, trdsparks is good but with shipping it also gets close to a grand, so trying to buy a lip kit online sucks

 

what bbist is crazy taxing out the bunghole. Buying a lip kit is expensive online but Im leaning toward mcgeorge parts to get it save a couple bucks rather than buying from trdsparks. I would love to come across a full lip kit painted in BSP. Might hold off dunno if im going to sell the car or not in 08.

 

It seems that you get free shipping on the 08 lip kits on TRDsparks, but you don't on the 05-07....maybe because of the color changes? Maybe because there is a price difference of about $130 between them...the shipping may ALREADY be included in the 08 lip kits...

 

might sound dumb, but ebay has lots of the front lips for around 130 once shipping is added in if you are just wanting the front and/or rear lip

 

just wanted to say real quick, i ordered a RS1 abs lip kit for my tC back on Nov.5th.......and I still havn't gotten it yet, They screwed up my order not once but twice, I'm Fcking ____ed........but Bryan from racingsolution said I should get it sometime this week.......so i dunno, we'll see........Phuk....It's been like a month and a half.....Aaahhhhh!!!!

Holy ****, I can't believe I got my RS1 lip kit in today..........finally.........instead of 3-5 days...it took it took 6 fuking weeks to get it, sorry but i'll never use racingsolution again.............to much trouble.....i could have had the kit on a long time ago.........

Does anyone actually have the OEM lip kit in CF? I'm thinking about it...but I'm concerned about fitment...

 

hell no. i asked about it.......but he never did answer me he just ignored me.........so i'm glad i at least got my lip kit but i'll never talk to him again.......F racingsolution!!!!!!!!!

 

i'd get it from racing solution, i have the rs1 lip but i bought mine from a member here.
