Winjet outer fog light problems scion tc can anyone help?

Winjet outer fog light problems scion tc can anyone help?
On the wiring harness for the switch there are 3 wires. A yellow one which attaches to the fog light wiring harness. A black one that is for ground. And a red one that I'm sure is for power. On the Red wire there is a brown connector which is labeled "Lgnition". I'm not sure where or what this connector even connects to. Is there some sort of place I have to connect it, or should I just cut it off and run a wire to the battery?

Search for it, I know it's somewhere try using Google and I think there is a YouTube video on this also. You could also use the keyword eBay fogs

yeah i found a video winjet made and it cuts off after they get the wires in the car i also called and they dont have install instructions im just stuck with this red wire with a brown plug on it ...have no clue what wire to splice it to or just to run it to my battery
