Default Wiring Foglights to parking lights (Ive searched too)

Hey guys,

Im really confused right now since Ive searched over 10 times now. Ive also read over 25 pages and blahbalbhablh. Please don't flame me.

Im looking to wire my foglights to my parkinglights. This means the fog will turn on with my parking light, stay on with my lowbeams, and stay on with my highbeams.

Ive read the fuse trick, but its independent I guess. I don't want to be turning off my foglights everytime I get out of my car and turning it back on when I get inside. Ive also read the brown wire tap trick, but I read that it turns off with highbeam. Does it?

Can anyone confirm a sure-fire way to achieve what I want?

Thanks guys!

Also, if I do the brown wire tap trick...Do I tap the grey wire with the end from the fuse after I cut it?? or the grey wire end from the other side?

you dont even have to do that ben

i did it like 2 years ago, theres a grey wire on the fog relay that you tap into the brown parking light wire, all under the dash near the fuses

this was for my aftermarket fogs. Not sure about the OEM ones:

3. find the 3 brown wires. You will have to cut back some of the tape. I first tried the brown wire with 1 silver spot paint but it didn't work. brown with the 3 silver spots works..I dunno what the other one does. You do not have to cut the wire, just use a t-tap.

(I made a mistake by tapping into the big red wire thinking it was always hot, but it only let the fogs go on/off with the headlights, you can see the black electrical tape in pic.)

4. Here's where I put the black ground wire:

btw, everything is connected alread in the pics. Where you see the red t-tap is the wire you need to connect to. My fogs turn on with the parking lights, stay on with lows and hi beams and also can turn them off anytime.
