Default Which would look better/how difficult is it to open headlights?

These are more expensive,

but I've seen a car with a similar setup as these:
and they looked cheap (Nissan Altima '05).

Which would look better, and how hard is it to open the headlights and reseal them to ensure they won't fog up?

I heard once you open your headlights the seal will never be the same and can cause condensation on the inside of your headlights.

You can always just buy aftermarket headlights with halo rings on the headlights already and not worry about install them...

you can reseal them just fine. Take a bead of clear silicone and run it around the original seal.

The first time I did my head lights i reused the original seal and they had a very minor leak. Second time i did the silicone trick i just said and no more leaking ever!

All aftermarket headlights leak or have condensation after awhile. You can easily reseal stocks
