same here, need to know what is goin on? i want headers but waiting..

 

wow, I didn't even notice that it's march already. I already ordered the aw header but I'm still curious

 

im about to do the same thing, ive been waitin 4 like 2 months

 

it is still in development, its taking a little longer then expected, but it will come out.

 

ill wait until april and if theres no word from then i dont buy i cant wait any more. im goin crazy waitin but with no words what is going on. you know break_away and im getting my sc in like mid july maybe earlier just waitin for header

 

anybody know?

 

I do have word on it, and I do believe it would be worh the wait. and as you said, i would deff. get the header and instal it before you install a SC

 

I haven't been reading the forums lately, so I'm wondering- did Draxas ever settle on and announce the design for their header? I remember the poll where they asked what people would prefer (4-1, 4-2-1, stainless or not, etc.) Can anyone fill me in on this?

To be honest with you, we have had delays making progress on the development of Scion tC headers. I dont want to tell you to hold up and wait for us, because it still could be months before we have a part ready to sell. If, when our header is released, you think it would be worthwhile to sell a header you buy now and install, and then buy ours, that of course is an option you have. But again, Im not going to tell you to wait any longer for us. I dont want to make you upset with a potentially long wait.

even still i mite just wait and see..... cause ill start doing some sus. work instead...

 

^^^ Honesty is a plus. Is the header going to be around the same level as the MMW in terms of power or a lower?

We will not be able to compair or test the header until it is complete.

 

haha, sorry that is what draxas sent to me when i asked about more info about there header, cause i told them getting close 2 buy aw header so they send me an email on the header sorry about the confusion

 

ha - i was gonna say ....either you made a deal w/ them or im confused (gary). Yea - i figured they were running behind so i didnt email them about it.

 

hey jwaggz82, im not that good, makin my own heads lolz my place dont have the machines 2 to it anyways haha..

 

yea I was impatient and bought the aw header. I still do get some rasp though and i'm sure I have no exhaust leaks. I have a feeling it's the runners of the header vibrating together as someone had mentioned awhile back. Might try to stuff small pieces of header wrap between the runners and see if it changes anything

 

That wont help..trust me, I tried it . Get a larger resonator installed and youll be all set.

 

im gonna wait for draxas for their headers because i would imagine the company that produces the exhaust should make a good header to match
