Always check fuses. Will it crank?if it cranks and wont start try n have a friend spray starter fluid up the intake into the throttle body and see if it will start. And if it does then its a bad fuse or pump.

It died while driving? First thing to check is the Alternator, then the battery. Those are the most common and simple causes of a car dying during operation. Don't just jump to a pump. Do the lights or ANYTHING come on?

Fuses sometimes blow just from being old/fatigued. Put a new one in and see how long it lasts. If it blows right away you have a short. If it doesn't blow you are probably ok, just keep a few spares in the car in case.

Fuses only blow when there is current present. The ignition fuse always has current when you are driving (ignition switch on).

gonna have to get some spares today...do you think a faulty 02 sensor would cause this to happen?..looking for another a/f sensor just in case this one is bad.

An o2 sensor will not kill the car or blow a fuse.
