I purchased a tc with no engine. I bought a engine and rebuilt it. To give some back ground on the motor, I installed forged pistons and rods. It it still N/A.

After installing it it will not start. I have spark and fuel pulse. It wants to start at times but when it does try it sounds and feels like it is firing when the piston is still coming up, it pretty much stops rotating instead of turning faster. I have checked the timing and it is dead on. I have verified that the crank sensor ring is installed correctly with the F facing outwards. I have ohmed the crank and cam sensor both are within the spec.

I am at a loss of what to check any thought?
