Were going to need more info than just "a wierd noise" here and there. Some things you should probably share:
What gears? 1st? 5th? All?
How hard of acceleration? almost none, full boost?
Did it start right after you installed the headers?
What kind of noise is it? Rattle? Grinding?
Tuning? Who done it?<- lol, standalone? Stock dealer tune?
I'd also like to know if the car makes this noise sitting at a stop at 3-4.5k rpms. Have someone sit inside of the vehicle and rev it up. If you hear the noise pop your hood and try to find where it is coming from.

91 is the minimum, but most gas stations seem to have 93 octane.

just thought i'd check.

did you get the trd reflash? or did you only tune with a piggyback on the stock ecu?

do you know your a/f when it is knocking?

Drax has a good point. I'd definitely check your afr's during the knock. Also, is the engine pulling timing at all because of the knock? See if you can datalog and get some more info from the sensors.
