Default 2007 tC Belt Tensioner Pulley?

What would you guys think about replacing just the idler pulley for the serpentine belt tensioner? I suspect mine is going bad, and wanted to avoid the work of disconnecting the motor mounts and lifting up the engine to replace the whole belt tensioner assembly.
I found this idler pulley on amazon:

Amazon.com: Febest - Toyota Pulley Idler - Oem: 16620-28071: Automotive Amazon.com: Febest - Toyota Pulley Idler - Oem: 16620-28071: Automotive

Which from the looks on the picture seems to be the right part. What's your opinion on this? Anybody used this part before? Just wanted to get your thoughts if this is something I should try or not, or just go for the whole tensioner assembly.

Thanks for your help and thoughts!

i guess you could do that as long as the tensioner part of the system isnt defective.
