They could have just changed the design some to see if they can make a better intake.

no pics? what's the point of even making a thread about it without the proof that it actually happened. I haven't heard anything on a new exhaust or intake, and if I were the one who got sumthing free from a company I'd post pics of it the first day

Well they did change the filter for the intake, but the actual intake design I haven't seen anything new

I have a 2009 tC and I'm curious is theres supposed to be a difference between the 2007-2008 intakes and these apparently newer ones.
I haven't stared at a 07-08 Injen intake but I think the filter is placed higher up to better protect from water ingestion and the filter is now the dry flow. The exhaust is totally different then the older model.

Thanks, the exhaust sounds really nice and deep.Yeah, not sure the difference but the filter is blue and not red.
