Default 2az build.

I plan on using a weapon r intake manifold, p&p head 3 angle valve job, ferrea spring and retainers, bc stage 2 cams, dezod s1 turbo kit, carbon twin clutch and 9 pound flywheel, lsd, je pistons and bc connecting rods, acl bearings all around, and arp bolts all around as well, and straight pipe out the front fender, and was wondering how much powering can I get with all the mods.

Depends on the tune. Probably 450whp on the conservative side

Hopefully you can find a trans that will hold up

More like high 300's. Because the S1 kit is not designed to make high hp. It's designed for entry level people. And you are going to need a fuel return system to get over 400whp as well. But yea, you need to upgrade your turbo setup, cause a S1 isn't going to cut it.

Then would changing the turbo on the s1 kit to say a garret equivalent of a 20g or greater and change the psi spring to a 30 psi do it?

The S1 manifold is only rated to 350 hp. To go beyond that (which with what you are building will likely do it easily), you'll need a stronger manifold. You can check out the Dezod Alpha which is pretty boss. You'll also need to look into a trans and axles that'll hold the power, along with a standalone to make full use of it.

I'm looking into.a weissman transmission like Chris rados cause I know it will handle it. I have a motec system salvaged from my last car I can use.

interesting to have a motec setup. Post up an update on that. I don't know anyone making a harness for that on the tc, i guess you would have or have someone figure out the pins

The wiring right now is setup for a 05 Lancer ralliart. I have to find the time to rewire it to the tc. When I do. I'll give y'all the wire diagram for the motec system.

These guys are correct. Settle in at about 350whp and be done. That system was not intended to be pushed much above that.

Besides over that threshold, you really need some more mods to make that power level reliably like a return fuel system, stand alone engine management and a built short block.
