Default aem intake for tc

Ok so i was told by the dealership that I bought my car from the AEM intake will not be out until the s/c is. Well as you may or may not know the s/c is out and the intake is not. My question is does anyone know anything about a cai from AEM coming out for the tc????? I have been debating on just getting the injen. Just let me know if you have heard about the AEM.......

Just get the injen...its much cheaper and will probably make more power since it is not CARB approved and doesnt have the carbon filter the AEM will likely have. Oh yeah and please search...this questions has been asked to death.
