Default Almost done with this bullmonkey, just one last problem

Ok, so I move back to California from Alaska and have to register my car. Can't do it with the alphawerks headers in. I try to find stock headers to replace it so I can register, go to three pick and pulls and 2 toyota parts places, no luck finding used stock headers. I broke down and bought all new headers from the dealership and a new O2 sensor that goes on the S-pipe cause I destroyed it trying to get the CEL to turn off.

Anyway I got everything in, the new headers and new O2 sensor. Everything looks great but when I turn it on the damn CEL is still staring me in the face .

WTF?!? Whats going on? Any ideas? I need to get this thing smogged and registered asap.

PS. Anyone interested in buying some used alphawerks headers? haha

Was the car purchased in Alaska? If so, doesn't that offer you exemption?
