Hey guys today while driving i heard a loud rattling sound, scared the crap out of me sounded close to the s pipe area. Finally took a look when i got home, turns out that a bolt came off the header bracket, took it to the dealer got it fixed, i know the guy so he got a longer set of screws lock washers and locktite. If you own this header just browse around the header bracket area and make sure everything is tight. It apperas that these bolts experience alot of vibration and stress.

 

reminds me when i shifted into 2nd in my eclipse and the motor mount broke and sent the intake manifold into the firewall LOL

you may want to put some locktite on it. or a cut washer. i'm not sure what you could fit on there but you should be able to get around that issue.
