Alternator, starter, or battery?
1. Battery has power (lights, accesories come on)
2. Jumping it has no effect.
3. Emits a click click click click sound briefly then stops.
4. If i let is sit for a while, attempt to turn over.
5. If i try repeatedly, the engine won't even turn over and ill get the clicking sound.
6. Radar detector reads the volts at 10.5
Any ideas?

*hats off to you* Thanks!
Apparently trying to jump my car with my truck (who's battery i killed a few weeks ago by leaving the lights on) wasn't a good idea. My girlfriends tracker battery started me right up.

Usually the ticking is a tell tale battery issue. Easiest way to tell is see if it jumps and runs OK after disconnecting the cables.
If you can start it/jump it and it slowly dies, it is likely an alternator issue - which will probably kill your battery as well if it goes on too long.
