If you live in one the "Salt Belt states" then you basically have no choice. You will buy a stainless steel exhaust. lol Seriously though, in terms of long term durability, Stainless Steel will last longer, as it will not corrode as quickly as an aluminized exhaust. In terms of weight, I'm not sure, someone else would have to answer that question. That might be the trade off, a SS exhaust might weigh more, and therefore adversely affect other performance aspects. Of course, for the king of weight and durability, you’d want to go titanium. You'd pay a premium price for that titanium system, since A) its titanium, and B) it would have to be custom since no one offers a titanium exhaust for the tC yet. But, you would have the sexiest exhaust on any tC, anywhere. ^_^

^^^

I learned the hard way. Stainless Steel in the Midwest is the best.

May be the best in Florida too because of salt in air?
