I was wondering is there a way to angle the exhaust without it leaning over to the sides a little bit shown almost everywhere? I would like it to be straight so it wouldnt burn my rear bumper.

 

The HKS Hi-Power exhaust does not burn the bumper.

If you want it to be straight, you may want to get the Tsudo N1 exhaust system.
Tsudo N1 system is a catback system as well.

oh one more thing...are you sure its legit about the HKS exhaust? Like it dosnt even leave those black burnt marks like on most bumpers with big exhausts?

 

I've had my exhaust on for over a year and a half and I have no marks whatsoever on my bumper from my HKS, not even black soot/dust marks.

I have a pretty big exhaust and i didnt slant it. and i dont have any burn marks either. I have a megan racing 4.5" tip haha thats a pretty big tip. I have at most quarter of an inch clearance on top and maybe an eighth of an inch to the left and another quarter of an inch to the right.
i guess the muffler guy didnt align it all that great but im still happy. he had it tough to get it straight but its possible

 

i have the hks and it is fine...it hangs far enough below the bumper i dont see how it could burn it

 

Oh yeah does anyone have information on the Tanabe Concept G exhaust? Performs the same as the HKS?

 

they all seem to perform fine. you are probably looking for the tone. I dont have either so I cant tell you.

 

Ultraflo is the way to go. There isn't a better sounding muffler IMO

 

uhh.... the hks is the best sounding exhaust out there. its loud tho. i sold mine last week bc i was getting pulled over too much

 

You don't know loud until you run Ultraflo with headers and no
cat. Sounds sweet....

 

I think the HKS is a great sounding exhaust, and I have not seen any burn marks or any issues with the HKS tip either.
