install a turbo, on an automatic...

Can you still get a blow-off valve??

You still NEED a BOV. It's for when the turbo spools and you let off the gas. It doesn't have to go off when you shift, because on an auto the TB is still open. But when you let off the gas after some acceleration, it's necessary to vent.

you may want a EBC along with the BOV to avoid boost spikes on your automatic

Like everyone else is saying "yes". It still performs the same function and you still get the whistle sound when the let off the accelerator.
