anyone find a good downpipe that can pass emissions

ive been looking for a good downpipe that has good performance and can pass emissions anyone have any good sugestions.

Downpipe or header?

The downpipe or "s-pipe" shouldn't have any trouble passing emissions... but if you change your header, you're removing a cat, so emissions comes into question at that point.
