Default Battery Light Coming On..

I was driving today and my battery light started coming on and flashing slowly. It only comes on when I’m going over 30mph.
It idles at the regular 750rpm and none of the cords around the alternator are messed with and it was just replaced.

Does anyone have any clue on what it is or what I could do?

Sounds like the new alt isn't putting out enough current. Do you have a voltage gauge to check? If not, most auto parts stores can do an alternator check for you.

Sadly, I don’t have one but I can try and take it to an auto part store just to double check.

The car still runs and idles correctly. I was kind of hoping it was just a bad battery.

Could also be from the battery - generally when batteries fail though it's in the CCA department (for starting), but the alternator test does both I believe. Granted, an underperforming alternator can cause your battery to fail as well.
