i have done my research, and i still believe that they all do the exact same powerwise... barely nothing.

you are right on the part that they "barely add anything" but all the intakes are different and give you different power. athlete32 i think you need to go check out the performance parts round-up thread in the Drivetrain & power section.

but anyways scionnut07, you might as well just keep it stock and save money for F/I(turbo or supercharger). cause if you decide you want more power and go for one of those you have to get rid of the intake anyways.

None of them are going to do much performance wise.

thus, refer to my previous post.

to the OP:
also... asking for the "best intake"... really depends on one's definition of the word "best"

i.e. best of what?

instead of posting and starting a new thread about asking for other people's opinions.... perhaps you should form your own.

as far as what is "best".. it depends on your preference. i doubt anyone here really knows what your preference is, so my answer stands with the information provided.

the stock intake is the best. (at least imo, for you)

I also believe that they are all the same. Most intakes for the tc are constructed all exactly the same, aluminum piping and a cone filter. How can there be a power differenece the decal? LOL There is nothing to research about it. Doesnt matter if you get the trd, injen, fujita, etc..... You are just paying for the name. Any aftermarket intake can cause a check engine light and if it does its impossible to get around unless you reflash the ecu or get a performance chip for the extra air being added to the fuel/ air mixture. More air and the same amount of fuel causes the engine to run lean and hot.

not sure how many of you guys actually consider import tuner dyno tests accurate.

according to them, the fujita intake actually increases a decent amount of power just for an intake, still in the single digits, but surprisingly good

I have an Injen and I love it. Great sound, don't even need an exhaust. J/K.

do we know what size diameter the Injen CAI pipe is? Also what is the diameter of the pipe for the Fujita?

seeing if one is bigger then the other and it looks like we have a couple people with one of each intake
