I didn't want create a new post for this, so staying the "is it normal' department. Since this is my first car that I'm able see my brake discs threw my rims, is it normal for the disc brakes to have an orange rust looking color durning rainy days?

Yup thats normal too. It goes away after you hit the brakes and looks just like normal.

Yeah, no big deal. It also makes a pretty unattractive grunting noise when you brake the first few times.

My tC doesnt make any noise but it does get that nice rust layer til you hit the brakes. My Mazda sounded like you hit a pig or something first time you stopped. Not a great sound. lol.
