How do you all feel about the Borla exhaust that is offered from Toyota as an option? Give me the pros and cons about it. A friend of mine told me that Borla makes quality product, but then again he may not know anything. Help please....

Borla does make a quality product. It's an upgrade option on
bigger cars like the Dodge Magnum, and I think maybe stock on the Viper.

 

But for the tC would you recommend it?

 

Does anyone have the Borla exhaust? How does is differ from other companies?

 

I have had Borla on two vehicles now and swear by their sound and performance. They definitely know what they are doing...Oh, and it is backed up with a million mile warranty...How can you beat that??!!
My Creative compacts exhaust will have Borla muffler when it arrives.

 

Does Borla offer anything for the tC like this Magnaflow cat back? All Toyota offers is the Borla muffler.

I have the Borla Catback on my xB. I like it. For the tC at this time it seems they only have axleback,

From what I understand they retain water which causes the mufflers to rot out, thats why they have a great warranty

 

Who did TRD outsource to make their exhaust for them? Borla? I know my exhaust is made by HKS.

I have the borla on my tc, sounds great I think. I have a video posted on here somewhere just too lazy to look for the link. Only performance part on the engine is my cold air at the time so the sound is with the cold air.
