u cant make your own... i mean.. u have to go to the local muffler shop to get it done. so there is no DIY in makin exhaust.

u can do it.. if you have your own shop......

btw my mufflers pipe is bended really big.. but at least the muffler is perfect straight. i told them to do it that way.

Well..I have 2 uncles that own their own shops who I am on good terms with. Only thing I am not sure about is pipe bending...but I believe the one does have the capability. I know I would be up the creek if I DIYed it myself...but since I have "insiders" on 2 different shops I figured I could see what they would charge me and what not.

i just ordered the injen exhaust and looked around online to find that answer.

it looks like between 2-5 horsepower is gained from the injen ses exhaust for the tc. it's an axleback and is really more for cosmetic/sound improvement, but it does add a little performance as well. I'm really looking forward to installing it on mine sometime next week.

also, I had a hard time finding a decent video clip of the exhaust (there's only one crappy clip on youtube), so here's a decent one: http://www.zippyvideos.com/193258284187825/injen_roor/

Precision Muffler makes one. Besides that, you'd have to get one customed.

i have spoken to several exhaust and muffler shop mechanists and they all agree that having a dual exhaust system as opposed to a single give the car the same horsepower. What do you guys think? you think they might be right or are they just trying to sell me more metal? haha

Default Header/S-pipe

Was doing some browsing on the internet and came across this

http://www.promotiontuning.com/Merch...SciontCHeaders

It appears to be a pretty good buy based on the numbers, but figured id try to get some feedback here first.

just would like to say that this post was a great write up as far as exhaust goes...even convinced me to buy the tanabe medallion concept g, which is a great buy, (but i got it for a steal, $180 brand new, gotta love ebay), havent seen one on ebay since, at least for that price...as far as any difference in performance, it doesnt increase the power so much, but makes it more usable, kinda makes it more linear in a sense...sound is unbeatable as well, and fits perfect...
