does anyone know if a Tanabe Medalion G axle back will fit onto the back of a Tsudo N1 system?....meaning take the axle back from the Tsudo system and replace it with the Tanabe, still retaining the 2.5" cat back with a different axle back???

the N1 is just too loud for my tastes

Just a lil something to add, if you hit up borla.com, they have sound clips of the sport compact exausts. Pretty chill.

Okay

The borla exhaust is good if you want an axle back. Theyve been making exhausts for how many years... exactly

As for the guy who wants dual exhaust. You have a inline 4 cylinder. The point of a dual exhaust is so you have a nice straight exhaust route for both cylinder banks. Dual exhaust on a 4cyl does nothing but add a Y adapter restriction in the piping. But your car, your choice

Im still trying to decide between going with the Agency Power, or Draxxas. I like the agency powers looks, but i like that draxxas makes the header back to the exhaust, and they include a hi flow cat in their mid pipe replacement.... decisions, decisions.

And for the guys that just want the sound without the racket. Tanabe, Greddy SP2, Injen, all are under 93dB exhaust. Theyll do you just fine.

does any one on here have a cat back exhaust on their car? if so does the mid pipe actually do anything because they mostly look the same just a lil' bigger and some with out a cat. if so what kind?

also don't get an exhaust made at 3in. way to big for a stock engine.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the size of the pipe on the Injen exhaust is, not the tip.
I already have it, and I'm gettingboosted, so all they way down to the midpipe is 2.5 inches. I wanna know if I just need a 2.5 midpipe for a full 2.5 exhaust, or if I need to get a 2.5 turbo back exhaust. I dont' wanna. I love my Injen.

Hey i just bought my first tc. it's an 08 flint mica. i'm wanting to add an exhaust system that'll give me some decent horsepower gain, but won't be to loud or raspy, and isn't super expensive. any suggestions?

if u want u could go with an axle back wich is not too expensive, but it doesnt give u so much hp gain.. maybe 1-3hp..

or u could get a cat back wich is gonna be like twice the price and twice the hp gain... no rasp if u dont get headers...
if u get headers u shoudl get a big ___ resonator the whole system should give u like 7-10 hp maaaaybe.. but u could expect some rasp...
go to youtube look for my name and check my vids... i have a custom exhaust and it was 500-600 with everything (including install)

Default on the axel/cat-back exhaust

ive searched up a few already, considering what to purchase:

tanabe
greddy
agency power full cat-back exhast system
magnaflow
injen....what other companies out there?

im still working on my car piece by piece but then again, most of these parts are the same, just name brand stuff. ne one chk out the data, pics and vids off agency power and magnaflow's sites? their exhaust systems sound alright. check them out. the agency power sounds louder than the magnaflow but put up the same numbers...bwtwn 6-7HP and 10lbs/tq. 700 for agency power full cat back system and 600 for magnaflow system....which to buy.

i drove a couple of trd axelback tcs....and of course there wasnt that much of an omph....just a nice growl. im still considering...ne suggestions is greatful. like ne one else i just want a good sound and some improvement in my car...though i know i've got to put more parts and tunning into my car to get to a reasonable, reliable and usable power.

thanks guys..
