Default bypass TB for hp......?!?

I was searching this site and ran upon this, what do you guys think about it? Personally, i would have to see it to believe it. Plus look and what vehicle they used on the dyno. i dont know but this just got me thinkin.

Please don't fall for it.

Just remember if it was that easy and cheap to gain HP and boost performance, the manufacturers engineers probably would have thought of it.

Although this part is useless, using the coolant lines from the throttle body to cool off my turbo is quite useful.

^^^ well, a lot of cars now adays have a coolant line that runs to the turbo.
Anyhow, it's NOT a good idea to remove the coolant going to the TB. I remember a few years back, ppl started doing that for their Civics and they constantly had irratic idling. I believe the coolant is there to help the TB area warm up during cold days... not 100% sure but there probably a sensor around that area that senses temp and adjusts idle accordingly.

Yea, the TB could freeze shut or something.

But this mod isn't worth 16 bucks. I think you could to it without any extra parts but if you do, it's stuff from Home Depot or something. Nothing fancy.

I did it, no change even in the butt dyno. But a worth to kill bore mod.
