wusup guys i want more power but a lot of things in CA are illegal. ive been looking around and havent found much. what do you recommend? any products you know of that are street legal. i already got a hks exhaust, and i want to add on more stuff. thanks

basically you can go all motor and cops cant really see it.. now i will be serious:

-Pistons
-Cams
-Pulley
-Rods
-Port and Polished Head

and thats all that really comes to mind

also you can get a header and have the stock heatshiled fitted onto it.. their is no way a cop can tell the difference.

also.. i belive Crower is comin out with some parts for us soon.. i hope he comes out with a stroker kit.. that would be AWESOME

 

Meaning if much is changed then you'll also need to change the electronics tuning to support the engine revisions. Even if the cops don't stop you, inspect it and find something, you'll still have to get it smog checked eventually, and that's where the mods will be a pita.

if you run all-motor and TRD supercharger(possibly with pulley...powder-coat it black and no-one would ever know) and run a light weight pulleys/flywheels, and that is legal...

and it should pass smog(if u use e-manage, just run into it kinda lean, making sure all fuel burns which = less-emissions....

actually headers, turbo, CAI, are all illegal. If you get pulled over and the jerk pops ur hood and sees any of these...BUSTED!!

Yes, the TRD supercharger is legal.

 

IMO, it's the only bad thing about Cali though

That's it. However, blackonblacktc was right: everything is legal if you don't get caught.

also which intake systems are CARB legal. i thikn the AEM is right?

 

None of the CAI/SRI are CARB approved for the tC.
