/if it comes with a CARB legal sticker or CARB pending it's legal.
so certain intakes, certain exhause, certain headers, certain SC. etc

actually none of the tC intakes are carb legal. unless they come with the carbon filter which im pretty sure none do.

save the money on intakes/cai/sri buy the TRD S/C, stay stock and be happy.

it COST more but you wont get hassled by police.

if u cant live with that, you could always trade in the car. mazdaspeed3 is coming out.

I assure you that they are not CARB stickers for the tC. I know a few people that had K&N send them stickers for other CARB-exemept K&N products. You can do the same with Injen, AEM, etc.

I call BS. You have to take the oxygen sensor off to put the intake on--it is not legal. Maybe they have stickers--but they would never pass a smog inspection.

there are NO CARB legal intakes for the tC... nor are there any for the new xBs and xAs as well.

all the same issue with the charcoal filter.
