Question. If I install my Injen as a SRI and replace the injen filter with a ractive filter w/ full heatshield, will it save me from heatsoak and give back some power lost as short ram.?
Here's the ractive filter--

Have had an Injen for about 8-10 months now. Just built another and It does does not have header (DC) or intake, but will be supercharged as soon as kit for auto is delivered to dealership. I have been very happy with CAI and header also TRD muffler.

all this low end stuff is funny. I don't have any problems with my injen in the sri version. i squeel my tires without a problem. when i had the weaponr intake i did notice the low end loss and couldnt squeel the tires.

oh i am not saying its as bad a loss as the Weapon R.

but its there.

i have an automatic so that would make me feeling a good bit more than a manual tC.

yeah, weapon-r intake is good once i hit 3k. but i really dont need much power under 3k. the only time all my power matters to me is when i am floored, and in that case i will always be above 3k with the weapon-r intake pullin the entire way. the only time it wont is at launch.

and about the reactive filter... DO NOT USE IT! ITS JUNK!!!

Which configuration does the Injen's filter rub? SRI or CAI?
