Absolutely. The only non A/T friendly parts for the tC at this point are the Turbo and SC kits.

 

Im getting the alpha werks header and S pipe and 30" resonator as recomended by "the instigator"......I have an A/t I also am installing NST pulley's I dont want an intake because its too loud, im trying to keep the car quick and quiet...

 

intake is too loud? lol thats the first time i've heard that. the header will make ur exhaust a lil bit louder, and around the 4k rpm mark its a lil raspy but then goes away before you hit 5k. intake gets "loud" around 3.5k. but IMO, as well as many others, the intake sounds sweeeet.

 

trust me the headers will be much louder than an intake

sorry.......for some reason to me the CAI seems louder then the headers. I dont know why........well once I get it all installed if i dont like it ill take it off.
I guess its a matter of opinion.
