Default car doesnt start sometimes! helpp

lets see, every once in a while when i turn the key the first time it doesnt start right away, it will crank , start, then stall.. and then i turn the key again everything is great.
im not sure what it could be exactly, when it first started happening it was only when i first went out to the car in the morning..so i figured it was just cold..but now it happens when its not cold.. it isn't a everyday thing

so let me know what you guys things

btw i have a cold air intake if that has anything to do with it (could any of the sensors be dirty?)

also i have a hid kit, air horn and a capacitor for my amp all hooked up to the battery i was thinking it could be the battery, maybe its dying? ive never replaced it and ive had the car for almost a year.. i bought it used its a 06' so for all i know it could be the stock battery.

and i probably need to get the car maintained soon.

thanks for your help!

Get a voltage tester that plugs into your cigarette lighter and see if you're running normal voltage.

Yeah, that works too, and that's a normal voltage.

If it's under warranty, just take it up to your local stealership and have them check it out for free.
