Default Car Shakes 1500 - 2000 RPM

Hey Guys and Girls,

My car shakes around 1500-2000 RPM randomly. I've done some searching and nothing is leading me to any sort of answer. The list of things I've done:

MAF Sensor cleaning
Tire balance (Winter is coming, threw on my winter tires). Also had them check the rims for bends
Replaced sparks.
Seafoam'd the fuel injectors.

Took it to a Scion dealer and had them run the diagnostic ($104). They said the throttle body and PCV were dirty. The dealer cleaned both and considered the work as part of the diagnostic. But it's still 'kinda' doing it. Throttle bodies don't normally need that much cleaning... and it's not like I neglect the air filters. Any thoughts? They gave me list of things I should have done and a list of things passed so I know the motor mounts are good.

Thanks!

No check engine light what so ever. This car is an auto, not a standard, otherwise, I'd be looking here:

A check engine light would be a beautiful thing right now.

Perhaps try resetting the ECU by disconnecting the battery?

My car was running really rough when I put new spark plugs in... when I reset it and drove it for a while the system seemed to recalibrate such that the engine ran a lot smoother.

Did that once by pulling the fuse after the spark plug swap. I also disconnected the battery last week to clean the posts (doesn't hurt) and it's still kind of doing it. When you did the ECU reset, did you notice a period of time where the car was still running rough and it eventually went away?

It's funny that you mention this because after I disconnected the battery last week, it's not doing it as much. Maybe I reset the ECU incorrectly the first time and didn't leave the car disconnected from the battery long enough for things to actually clear??
