Default Cat-Back/Header question

I searched and couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for.
I have the K&N CAI, next up is the Creative Compacts steel cat back with high flow cat and a resonator, and then the Alphawerks header.
Couple questions.
1) With a high flow cat, will I throw a CEL?
2) Will the resonator SERIOUSLY be enough to eliminate the rasp?
3) What kinda gains with this combo?

Any help would be great. Like I said...I looked and couldnt find what I was looking for

Hi flow cat wont throw a CEL because its after the second O2 sensor. Not sure about the other questions. Id like to hear how effective the resonators really are. A lot of people say they help, but Ive yet to hear an exhaust with header that wasnt reaspy.

Thank you. How do you like your AW header?

Love it..a little raspy with the stock exhaust but not bad. Turns a neat bronze color after it heats up. Heres a pic:

2) yes and the longer the resonator the better. people also use glasspacks which are dirt cheap. just make sure you get one thats perferated core.

3) maybe 7-9whp with the midpipe + axleback.. header is 12-14, s-pipe probably 2..

i installed a high flow magnaflow resonator and it didn't help with the rasp at all. it was still pretty bad with the Megan header. and it was the longest resonator i could fit underneath.
