I hear ya. Just makes me mad that Magnaflow's trash parts even get sold. Had such bad dealings with them over the years.

Paul, did you guys find this design to be best for us n/a guys? In comparison to some out there that think a Bisimoto Engineering design is better...?

Bisi does great things with N/A Hondas, but those are very different animals than the 2AZ. This is a DOHC 2.4L with a constantly active VVT. Honda does not have anything close to that for headers he makes.

The design premise of this header was three fold.

1) Offer the BEST catted performance header without compromising emissions

2) Compromise in design based upon other parts that are out there. S-pipes are for sale and readily available and many already have them. Why offer it with it?

3) Runner diameter and length was tuned for mid-range and top end. We really put some forethought into this.

Looking forward to seeing the dyno results. Do you have an estimated price?

We don't just yet. Should have something next week on pricing. We only made one and of course it's a learning curve for production.

Do you how this will affect the low end torque? Besides the rasp that seems to the second biggest complaint about aftermarket headers.

Why the need for the CAT at all except for emissions? I don't mean to be iggnorant i just come from a different world. In the diesel world we only keep the cat to help with cab drone if its to much of an annoiance when we run straight turbo back exhaust.

Should be minimal loss if any. I would be more concerned with the mid-range and top end gains along with engine efficiency in removing the exhaust gases with less effort.

Emissions is it. No other header offers to retain the kit, which means as federal emissions guidelines become more strict, less mods will be come acceptable. So why sacrifice power and fuel economy then?

CARB is bankrupt. I don't think so considering it's $10K to just get there and you can fail the test within the first 10-30 seconds.

Don't forget the cats are there to keep pollutants out of the air you breathe.
