I'm curious, how does the TRD Exhaust sound with the headers? I've been told the two together sound a lot like a sick (And I don't mean in a good way) Honda Civic. What do you think?

Default TRD Sport Muffler with Alphawerks Headers

The greatest thing about the TRD Sport Muffler is that it sounds deep. No need for resonator, unlike most honda mufflers (too loud). The alphawerks headers give the TRD muffler a bit high pitch because of the extra air release, but it sounds GREAT. I will post videos very soon for your pleasure.

Keep the posts cumming.

Good, I thought I was the only one that realized he misspelled all that.

Ditto. Was thinking the same.

MiguelBerrios_Bronx_NY: You might wanna consider the lightweight flywheel or the crank pulley. Both will add about 10hp and are relatively cheap. Flywheel is about $350 and the pulley is about $130.

show me some dyno's then maybe i'll believe it..

you may just be speakin 25whp outta your a$$ from your "butt" dyno.

My friend's friend has a tc with AW header, zpi midpipe, HKS exhaust, TWM ss, ACT clutch and only netted an extra 14-18whp above stock. i gotta find his dyno pic somewhere on my comp but he was disappointed with the results.. that's because he was expecting 30 or so hp.. roffle.

I gained a total of 25 whp.

Cheap mods.
1. trd suspenion does not add hp
2. trd clutch and shifter does not add power.
3. its been proven that that at max te trd muffler add 1whp and in some cases has lost whp.
4. injen cai- at most 10whp
5. alphawerks headers at most 9whp.
