Default Clutch Let out

My clutch lets out at the very top that doesn't seem right since I here about everyone getting the clutch stop. Should I take my tC back to the dealership and have this looked at?

Default Clutch

Yeah some people have a clutch stop on their tC's that prevent the clutch from coming all the way to the top. Then I say another post where this guy was having a problem with his clutch letting out at the very top but I may be wrong.

Well I dont know exactly what your talking about, but when i drive my tc, and I am driving hard, and start shifting at higher rpms, (esp from first to second) It seems that when I am coming out of first, it pops out and I shift into second, as if when it was in first, it was not completely in gear.....

Sorry, that was one big, long sentence, but I didnt know how to exactly word it.
